Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We also accept PayPal and Personal Cheques, but please remember that shipping of your order will not commence until the funds have cleared.

Delivery Schedule All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you by the next working day . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. If we are out of stock you will be notified by email and given an approximate delivery date.

1. FREE POSTAGE On all orders over a total retail value of £250.00
2. Orders with a total combined weight of less than 1/4 Kilo are sent via 1st class postage. Total Postage cost - £2.00
3. By Post (Small Parcels) i.e Reels, etc up to 1 Kilo in weight - £4.00 (Not including Rods/Travel Rods)
4. Rods, Clothing, Waders, Lamps, Boxes, Tripods, Rod Rests and Long Items, with a combined weight of over 1 Kilo up to a total weight of 20 Kilos next day delivery UK Mainland/N Ireland and Isle of Man Only - £7.95. All other destinations please telephone 01594 844193 or E-Mail Roger@byett.fsnet.co.uk for a shipping price.
5. Items that are oversized e.g rods etc are sent via courier for next day before 6pm. As long as the total order weight doesnt exceed 20 kilos the total postage cost is £8.00
6. For all other orders over 20 kilos a combination of the above will be applied.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Stock is constantly arriving on a daily basis so the likelyhood is that you wont need to wait very long.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

If this happens to you, we will be happy to deal with the problem as soon as possible, and refund any postal charges

Our policy is that if anything is faulty with any products you receive, immediately on delivery, we'll always cancel the sale and refund it, if that's what you want of course. Note that the refund will only be actioned once the products are back in Forest Tackles possession and have been inspected.

Please ensure that if there is visible damage to the packaging that you sign the delivery note accordingly. It's always better to sign as received as 'damaged/opened' with a brief explanation rather than writing 'unchecked'.

We are happy to exchange/refund unsuitable or unwanted products, as long as they are returned to us in their origional packaging and have not been used, within 7 working days. The postal charges will not be refunded in these situations.
